Now we will discuss some questions, those we can use or find out the answer by us to know ourselves better. 

What is important to me, what are my core values?

This is the best thing in life is to add value to life. Generally, this kind of value refers to the ability to complete a job.  We should know what is important to us? Knowing the importing thing helps to take decisions or priorities things. As result, we will understand ourselves better.

What would I want to look back at my life and say?

Past determined our present and our present will determine our future. What we decide today will come back with a result in the future. If you turn back your past and give a comment to your past you will understand. If you have a bad comment for your passed it means your past was not good. If you have a good comment, congratulation!! You did something great. Looking back to life and think a comment can make a clear view of our life.

How do you want to be remembered?

People will remember you only for your work. What you are doing and did for others or society will keep you in people's memory. So, when you want to know you better you must find out how you want to be remembered? According to your expectation, you can measure your life’s current situation. This is one of the best ways to know oneself.

What are your strengths and talents?

Whenever you are measure someone's life you must measure based on their strengths and talents. Mainly your strength and talent define you properly. Who you are? and What you can be? is determined by your talents. So try to find out what is your strength and talents.

What am I passionate about? What do I really like to do if I have free time?

Passion is what we want to do in life and enjoy doing. The quality of our passion determines ourselves. If you can know about our passion, we can know about ourselves. Besides this What we like to do in a free time is important. What we like to do at a free time is something that we can do with pleasure. We can take our passion as a career. So to know our passion and favorite time pass is similar as known ourselves.

Social media right now is a time-killing instrument and decreases our productivity. By wasting time on social media for some unproductive task make our life complex. Our ability to do a job is called our skill. Every person has many skills. But when we want to make our life better we need to learn new skills. When we learn a new skill it will give us pleasure. New skill helps us to understand life and find out personal potential level. Along with that new skills create more opportunities for us.   Learning new skills is a way to self-care.

Do Exercise Regularly

Regular exercise can make our health fit and flexible. Exercise protects us from being ill. Every person should do exercise regularly. Thirty minutes of walking or other activities is quite enough for regular exercise. Exercise helps to reduce cholesterol and fat from our body. Do exercise regularly as self-care.

At the last time of our life, most of the people regret not what they do but they regret what they not do. Doing something small but new every day make people happy in life. Their life became stress-free. By doing this we will find out something that we are passionate about.

Self-improvement is a process by which we can make our life better than yesterday. When we can get positive change in our lifestyle, habits, aims and many others aspect we can say that is our self-improvement. To make self-improvement possible we need some skills or behavior patterns.

there is no doubt that networking helps a person to make self-development. networking means we create our connection to other people. whenever we meet other people we get influenced by them. meeting new people and communicate with them help in the self-development process. 

Self-Control

Self-control is a big issue in the process of self-improvement. When we want to improve our self we need control over our self. We need to demolish some habits from our daily life when we want improvement.  And need to add some habit too. In this process, we need self-control because it takes at least 21 days to make a task our habit. In this process, without self-control, we cannot be successful. 

Patient

The patient is mandatory if we want self-improvement. There is a proverb He who masters inpatient he is master of everything. So I can assure you that this one skill can make a big change. Try to be patient if you want self-improvement.

So when we want to live a better life we should spend time with friends as more as possible. Spending time with friends will decrease our mental stress and make our life better.

Life is full of chaos. Every day we have many tasks to do and many decisions to make. Based on what we decide to make another part. So to minimize this circle we need to have a priority strategy.
