Social media is useful and past and parcel of our life. But nowadays, it has many dis-advancement. We spend too much time on social media regularly. Social media right now is a time-killing instrument and decreases our productivity. By wasting time on social media for some unproductive task make our life complex. So we have to aware of using social media. We can use social media detox to keep us safe from the effect of social media.

Reading Book

I believe that reading a book is the best habit of human beings and can cure almost everything.  Frequently we heard about the importance of reading books from successful people around the world. For example, the top 10 richest people of today’s world read a book every day and they encourage others to do the same.  When we read the book we know the unknown and get info around the world. Besides all reading, the book helps us to be good thinkers. If we want self-care we need to read books every day. 

Learn New Skill

Our ability to do a job is called our skill. Every person has many skills. But when we want to make our life better we need to learn new skills. When we learn a new skill it will give us pleasure. New skill helps us to understand life and find out personal potential level. Along with that new skills create more opportunities for us.   Learning new skills is a way to self-care.

Do Exercise Regularly

Regular exercise can make our health fit and flexible. Exercise protects us from being ill. Every person should do exercise regularly. Thirty minutes of walking or other activities is quite enough for regular exercise. Exercise helps to reduce cholesterol and fat from our body. Do exercise regularly as self-care. 

Try something new

At the last time of our life, most of the people regret not what they do but they regret what they not do. Doing something small but new every day make people happy in life. Their life became stress-free. By doing this we will find out something that we are passionate about.
